Information we collect

Account data: the name, email address and password you provide when you create an account.

Venue and billing data: the stations, members, sessions, tabs and revenue records you enter, synced to the cloud when you use a Cloud plan. The Free and Local plans keep this data on your own device.

Payment data: when you subscribe, payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card number; Stripe handles card data under its own terms.

Technical data: IP address, device and browser type, and basic usage logs needed to operate and secure the service.

How we use your information

To provide, maintain and improve the service; to sync your data across your devices when you use Cloud; to process subscriptions; to communicate service and account notices; and to keep the service secure and prevent abuse.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use your venue or member records for advertising.

Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies for sign-in sessions and to remember your language and theme preferences. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

Sharing

We share data only with processors that help us run the service (for example Stripe for payments and our hosting/email providers), and only as needed to perform their function. We may disclose data if required by law.
